In "Pss, Pss! Tschop, Tschop!", Shivā Amiri traces the lingering imprints of prolonged displacement across generations. The work unfolds as a biographical search for stories, images, and people — inseparably bound to loss. Through acts of remembrance, Amiri returns to the grandmother’s house in Kabul, researches former refugee camp sites, and dances Attan with the spirits of the family. What emerges is a living archive of sound, dance, poetry, and sofra — an exploration of transcultural life and resistance.
